Thank you for exploring this website, and taking the time to know a bit more about me. 

I am Pristin, a Singapore registered counsellor and psychotherapist under the Singapore Association of Counsellors. I am also a member of the Singapore Psychological Society, and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Armed with many years of clinical practice experience, I counsel and work with many clients of various backgrounds both locally and internationally. I customize my therapy sessions using various techniques and coaching approaches to suit my clients needs and help them heal and grow as an individual.

My previous experiences in various corporate roles in research, sales, and providing corporate training and coaching has also given me deeper insights to help my clients manage workplace stresses and challenges.

I am passionate about creating awareness in mental health. I provide talks and training on mental health and resilience, development of soft skills and interpersonal relationships in the workplace, amongst other topics. 

My philosophy towards therapy is: 

As you allow yourself to go on a journey of self-discovery and healing through therapy, come as you are, there is no judgement as you share your heart out and we can work it out together. During this process, be patient with yourself, and allow the process to just be.
